Terms and conditions B2B


Account Setup:

Pricing and Minimum Order:

  • Prices exclude VAT.
  • Exclude Shipping cost.
  • Minimum order: €2,000 (net).

Order Policies:

  • Orders/items may be rejected if unavailable or if pre-order and in-stock items are mixed.
  • Non-B2B items will be rejected and must be order with a non B2B account.
  • Launch orders must include only pre-order items from same launch. (filter on 'launch orders')

Payment:

  • Full payment required before shipping via IBAN/bank transfer in EUR.
  • No modifications to paid orders; contact for changes.

Launch orders:

  • When you have an account, we ask you a forecast 4-6 month before release.
  • We will let you know when launch orders are available in the B2B tool.
  • Launch orders may ship before launch date if paid.

Shipping:

  • Shipping costs calculated separately.
  • Shipping time: 1–3 weeks.
  • Shipping times for PAB 3-5 weeks.

EU VAT Deduction:

  • Requires valid VAT ID, company info, and company address.

Incompatibilities:

  • Fyrebrick points not usable with B2B accounts.

Legal Framework:

  • By placing an order, each customer agrees without reservation to the above terms and conditions of sale. These terms and conditions of sale are exclusively governed by Belgian law. To the extent that applicable law in the jurisdiction where the Participant is located conflicts with the term of this Agreement, we will comply with the requirements of applicable law.
