Terms and conditions B2B

Please read the terms and conditions before making a B2B order:

Prices are net (without VAT)

Items from order or full order can be rejected: when item are not available at the moment or when launch items are added to in stock item.

Non B2B items will be rejected from order when added.

Making a launch order: place an order with only pre order items available for a launch date.

Full payment before shipping.

Minimal order is 2000 EUR.VAT

deduction for registered EU companies: you must have a valid VAT ID and valid company info.- Shipping address is your company address.

Order can be paid only in EUR by IBAN/ bank transfer

You will receive original invoice with your order when your order is shipped

Once the payment is made, you can't add to your existing order. You will have to make a new order for the minimum of 2000 EUR. To add to your existing order, please sent an email to merijn@fyrebrick.be

Fyrebrick point are not compatible with B2B accounts.

Shipping times is 1-3 weeks. You will receive an email when your order has left our warehouse

Launch order can be shipped before launch date when payment is received.

By placing your order with Fyrebrick B2B you indicate that you agree to the terms and conditions of sales.

By placing an order, each customer agrees without reservation to the above terms and conditions of sale. These terms and conditions of sale are exclusively governed by Belgian law. To the extent that applicable law in the jurisdiction where the Participant is located conflicts with the term of this Agreement, we will comply with the requirements of applicable law.
